As such, if you are a User who is under the age of thirteen (13), please do not use our Website, to provide, submit, or transmit to us any Personal Data, and, for the avoidance of doubt, we will not be liable or responsible for any Personal Data which is provided, submitted, or transmitted to us by a User who is under the age of thirteen (13).
